Of course, the best place to start is at the top with my POTTERY BARN INSPIRED 3-D PAPER STAR WREATH in all of the traditional colors! I love it! Not only was it fun to make, but it was easy and inexpensive!
I also added my INDOOR/OUTDOOR LIGHTED PATRIOTIC GARLAND. I love the country feel and the fact that it can go right outdoors to brighten up our 4th of July cookout, too!
And my most recent project...it's my DIY PATRIOTIC FIRECRACKERS! A trip to the dollar store netted me almost all that I needed for this one. You won't believe what's actually under those firecrackers! ;-)
I just added my barnstable lanterns and some chunky red candles topped by a bow in red, white and blue and it was ready! The little grands are really enjoying the colorful mantel and I like that!
And just in case you would like to see my patriotic mantel project links all in one place, here they are:
STARS AND STRIPES BURLAP WREATH! All you have to do is tie it! Talk about easy to make!
PATRIOTIC RAG BALL FILLER! This one is super-simple and inexpensive plus has a unique rustic feel that I really like!
Now I think I am just about ready for the 4th...so bring it on! How about you?
Remember to pin it!
