Indoor/Outdoor Lighted Patriotic Garland

I’m excited today to join the talented bloggers at Celebrations of Home for our monthly share…and this time we are going patriotic! With Memorial Day coming up in a couple of weeks (Can you believe it?) followed quickly by Flag Day and then the 4th of July, it’s time to get my craft on!
