My Mason Jar Christmas Candles were perhaps the easiest and least expensive to make. I just added greenery, cranberries and candles of various kinds to old jars that I had on hand…easy peasy!
My Wisteria Inspired Sheet Music Candles add a little bit of elegance and a reminder of the reason for the season. Just wrap a vase from Dollar Tree with the free graphics that you will find on my post, add some twine and a pillar candle. That’s it!
My breakfast room Christmas Centerpiece is one of my favorite Christmas creations…with candles in little flower pots dressed with holly, moss, berries and twine!
It wouldn’t be Christmas if I didn’t share my Christmas Dough Bowl. It was my grandmother’s so it always gets a special place among my decorations. In previous years, I have dressed it up with colorful ornaments…
…or filled it with simple natural elements for lots of texture!
Découpage turns thrift store sheet music and candles into elegant accents with my Sheet Music Candles…and they are not just for Christmas!
More sheet music and old jars were used to create my French Sheet Music Candles. They are super easy and inexpensive to make and add a vintage feel to your decorations.
Of course, we can’t forget simply adding candles to lanterns! In my Farmhouse Christmas Mantel, I used red pillar candles to contrast with my favorite galvanized lanterns, taking out the glass to let the candles shine through.
This year I shared my Pomegranate Candle Holders…such a fun way to use natural elements and pomegranates have their own little candle holder built right into the top!
If I had known how easy this one was, I would have done it long ago! I love the Scandinavian look of my Vintage Tartlet Tealights!
And finally, we can’t forget the glow that even battery-powered candles can add to my Faux Tin House Lanterns. Of course, that’s the only kind you would use with these. Be sure to check out how easy and inexpensive they are to make…$5.00 compared to $50 for the real tin lanterns!
And Baby Kitty says to stay tuned since there are even more ideas for Christmas heading your way…and another fun and different way to display candles is among them!
