Here's what you will need:
- Cotton boll wreath (I got mine for $18 with a coupon at Kirkland's)
- Faux greenery and berries (Mine were on the same stem and half price at Hobby Lobby)
- Florist wire
- Wire cutters
- Bow (optional)
It's so easy that I hardly dare to call it a tutorial! First, using the wire cutters, cut the greenery and berries into smaller stems.
Then use the florist wire to attach them to the wreath. I went in the direction of the cotton bolls and alternated greenery and berries until I had covered the entire wreath.
And here you have it! I love the natural simplicity of the colors!
I seem to be doing wreath makeovers this Christmas! Here's another one that I did earlier using a bargain fall wreath on clearance from Joanna Gaines' collection at Target. It's always fun to check out the sales and try to find a way to create something else with them!
Christmas is almost here and I still have a few more things to share so stay tuned!
Remember to pin it!

Debbie,
ReplyDeleteThe red and green add so much to the white cotton bolls. Having the vision to make over the wreath is your special talent.

I really like that combo! I want to get some cotton boll decor going after Christmas...I usually go for pine cones everywhere, but I think its time for a change!
ReplyDeleteYou are so talented. Love the wreath. I just go with a thrift shop wreath and add an ornament or two.
