You may recognize my FARMHOUSE VALENTINE WREATH...so easy to create! And...I already had many of the supplies in my stash. You can get the details HERE.
And here's a new favorite...my $6 VALENTINE GARLAND! I actually just assembled it from purchased items. You can't get much easier than that!
And here's my newest addition...my easy XO signs...adding some hugs and kisses to the mantel!
Here's what you will need:
- Pairs of X and O letters (Mine came from Hobby Lobby and were bought on sale.)
- Coordinating scrapbooking paper in Valentine colors
- Rubber cement
- Package of one inch square wooden blocks (also from Hobby Lobby)
- Hot glue gun
- Trace the letters on the scrapbooking paper and cut them out
- Using the rubber cement, glue the paper cut-outs to the letters (I like rubber cement because it won't cause the paper to wrinkle.)
Finally, hot glue the one inch blocks to the back of the letters so that they will stand alone. I used two on the O so that it would be steady.
And here it is...simple, pretty and not too cutesy! I like the way the two different fonts and sizes on the letter pairs add some interest.
Add some pink and white tulips in a favorite double happiness jar and I am all set for Valentine's Day!
And also check out all of my other Valentine's Day ideas by clicking on the photos below. You know that if I did it, that means it's easy and inexpensive!

Debbie, you have the cutest crafts and even though you do them inexpensively, they look so expensive. You should be teaching crafts.
