Finding Farmhouse Style...Features from The Scoop

Don’t you just want to curl up here and read a book? Junk Chic Cottage used a wonderful old chippy bed to disguise her chaise lounge!

The Long Awaited Home shared this fabulous rustic outdoor table made from an old barn door! Love it!

I love the two-toned finish on this farmhouse chair from Gallery 512. The stained seat adds so much interest.

Not only is this tablescape from May Days filled with my favorite colors…blue and white…but it also stars cows! What else could you ask for?

The soft colors are perfect and you’ve gotta love those knobs in this side table makeover from Create & Babble.

Wow! Isn’t this unique? Decorating Ideas Made Easy used an old galvanized bucket to add some farmhouse style to her ceiling fan!

Andrea at Opulent Cottage shared her cute burlap and gingham curtains…fabulous! I am loving the peek at the chicken wire inserts in her cabinet doors!

Design till It Shines took us with her on a visit to a local lavender farm and brought home armloads of fresh lavender. Can you imagine how wonderful her home must smell?

I had to share this photo of hers with you! If it were not for the very American barn in the background, you might think that you are in Provence!

We visited a barn sale with Moonbeams & Fireflies who treated us to lots of rustic eye candy! I was shopping her photos!

And finally, this post from Far Above Rubies really tugged at my heart strings! She takes us along on her trip to the Smoky Mountains…my childhood home! Her photos of the Mountain Farm Museum are beautiful!

And I am sharing some inspiration for farmhouse style that I found in a most unusual place…Tractor Supply Company! Who knew that a farm supply store could be a design source! You can get a closer look at my farmhouse finds here.
