My Favorite Spring Tablescape in Blue and White

CONFESSIONS OF A PLATE ADDICT My Favorite Spring Tablescape in Blue and WhiteSpring has definitely arrived here and Easter is just around the corner so today I am revisiting one of my favorite posts…my sunny spring tablescape. What is it about blue and white with pops of green that makes it so fresh? And I am betting you will recognize some of the photos because they have become my signature…

CONFESSIONS OF A PLATE ADDICT My Favorite Spring Tablescape in Blue and Whitemy blue and white plates topped with green pears! They were taken in March, 2009…when I had only been blogging for about four months. The afternoon sun was pouring in through the Palladian window, creating interesting shadows.

CONFESSIONS OF A PLATE ADDICT My Favorite Spring Tablescape in Blue and WhiteIf you were blogging then, I am sure you will recognize the bunny on a stick! lol They were all the rage! I don’t think Pier 1 could keep them in stock.

CONFESSIONS OF A PLATE ADDICT My Favorite Spring Tablescape in Blue and White At the center, one of my favorites…my pumpkin-shaped tureen. I love those funny legs and the handles! And…peeking in from the left…those infamous Target birdie salt and pepper shakers that even got their own linky party! (One of my favorite posts ever!)

CONFESSIONS OF A PLATE ADDICT My Favorite Spring Tablescape in Blue and White I think this one is the prettiest because, unlike the others, the center is not white, but patterned.

  1. Very pretty Debbie and I have seen some other blogs that are also doing the blue and green in their spring decorating. Where did you get the tureen with the little legs?

  6. Beautiful Debbie...I too love my "bunnies on a stick" I think I bought mine way back in 2002 and have used them every Spring/Easter! Just love the combination of the blue and white with the apple green...one of my favorite color combinations! Happy Easter Debbie to you and your family!
