First…and my all-time favorites...are my Country Living inspired découpage pumpkins! As soon as I saw these babies on the cover of their magazine two years ago, I knew that would be my first fall project. You can see a detailed tutorial so that you can make your own by clicking here.
If you have an old sweater (or can find one at the thrift store), a dollar store faux pumpkin and some twine, then you have what you need to make my super-easy sweater pumpkins! You can get all the details here.
This time of year the dollar aisle at Target starts to fill up with inexpensive fall goodies. That’s where I found most of what I needed to make these fun Halloween sock pumpkins! The little grandies love these…and they are small and soft enough that they can carry them around. You can get the instructions here.
And finally, I made these pumpkins with my thirteen-year-old grandson in mind…my duct tape pumpkins! Once again, faux pumpkins from the dollar store are the base for these fun and inexpensive pumpkins. You will find a detailed tutorial for making them here.
And there you have my favorites from last year! I have already been hitting Goodwill and the craft stores (armed with coupons, of course) in preparation for this year’s pumpkins. I hope you will stay tuned to see what I have cooking for you this fall!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed having a little peek at my pumpkins! Please visit these wonderful bloggers and their beautiful blogs to see what they are up to and to find a list of this week’s participants!

ReplyDeleteDebbie, all your pumpkin projects are such fun. I'm not a crafty person, but have thought about making some of the sweater pumpkins. I looked a few times last year for an appropriate sweater, but without success. Thanks for the reminder to search again.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the feature of my breakfast tray on The Scoop. I appreciate it. It's still so hot here that fall is only a dream for us. 102 again this afternoon and no rain in sight.

Fantastic ideas!! We grew some pumpkins this year but they have already ripened on the vine so it looks like I will have to buy them this year. Maybe I will try my hand at some fabric ones instead!
