You may remember that I have been decorating it for each season since I found it at Joss and Main…a fun and versatile centerpiece!
At the heart of it all…this wonderful coco fiber bunny! Isn’t he adorable? I found him at Tuesday Morning for only $6.00! Gotta love those big soulful eyes! Behind him…my cabbage (we’re going to call it lettuce for Easter, though) Bordallo plate and a cute German Easter egg depicting more bunnies.
And since I have a thing for little animals wearing clothes, I added more of those German Easter eggs…cute, huh? I also found them at Tuesday Morning at $2.00 each. Love the one with the little bird!
A bunch of cute carrots form Pier One fill the lead crystal urn. I tried to use more neutral colors and lots of textures this time.
I had to add another egg and my sweet little bunny and chick salt and pepper…a gift from my sister several years ago.
And just in case you are wondering what our handsome co-host is doing, it seems he is too busy grooming to pose this morning. It’s almost time for the neighbor’s cat to peek in the back door for her regular visit!
So there you have it…my favorite little shabby box all dressed for Easter! What do you think?
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed a little peek at my Easter centerpiece! Please visit these wonderful bloggers and their beautiful blogs to see what they are up to and to find a list of this week’s participants!

LOVE it, Debbie. Your bunny is adorable, I may have to copy cat you on this!! Baby Kitty knows what's important. Gotta keep up the looks for the girls! xoxo
ReplyDeleteDeb I think you have given new meaning to the,"wooden box!" It might become a decorators necessity to have in their design arsenal! Love all the different looks and I am glad you show them all in the post, so fun to see the transformations. Love your little bunny-boy! Kathysue

ReplyDeleteI think it is adorable..and I LOVE those carrots!
ReplyDeleteAnother wonderful vignette. I really like the Pier 1 carrots...so charming.
ReplyDeleteI love your Easter box, but what I really love is that you showed it done for so many different holidays. I think that was the most fun. I really liked seeing how you change it up for different seasons. Great ideas, and good point, that you can reuse things and don't have to start from scratch each time.
ReplyDeleteFirst, I must say hello to Baby Kitty. You know I am besotted with him.
ReplyDeleteThe shabby box is a real treasure. It looks good in every shot, but thinking spring right now, I have to love it for Easter!
You amaze me with all the great decorating ideas you come up with for your box, Debbie! I feel like I say the same thing each time ~ I'm going to start copying and pasting my comments on these posts! : ) I love, love, love this look. I'm sure the fact that I'm partial to bunnies is part of that, but I think you've inspired me to get my Easter stuff and play around with my tote. While I do love mine red, I'm thinking I may have to give it a coat of Heirloom White so I can better use it throughout the year.
ReplyDeleteI love it Debbie! That has got to be the cutest rabbit I have seen yet!! Enjoy your day, Gail
ReplyDeleteHi Debbie, I love your shabby Easter Box. This is one box that has served you well. I love the seasonal mosaic. Mr. Bunny, he looks right at home with the green cabbage plate, hope he doesn't take a bite! Those are the cutest carrots, and I love them in the urn. I love It! Happy Spring and Easter Debbie.
