I'm looking for some to accent my home and I haven't found any that I like. What is the average size of yours?

  9. Debbie, Back in the mid-80s a relative of my husband arranged a tour of a palace owned by an eccentric multi-millionaire friend. The guy didn't actually live in this palace but it was more of a museum which showcased his many collections and the artifacts/antiquities this guy owned. In fact, a group from the Goethe Institute came to study certain items each summer. Anyway, one of the things about his home is that at that time he held the world's largest plate collection (many quite rare of course) but I believe you may be capturing the record on plate holdings!!! Gorgeous wall display!!

  44. I, too, came across your blog while visiting another blog.

What beautiful plates you have, and such lovely, lovely tablescapes. Such inspiration!

I love plates as well, but if I bring in one more thing in this tiny house, I shall have that sunken living room I've always coveted!

So I live vicariously through the talents of others.
