Woo hoo! Christmas decorating has officially begun at my house! I have just finished my first project of the holiday season and I still have lots more to do so I have to get a head start! It's just few short days until Thanksgiving...and all of that yummy dressing...so Christmas will be here before you know it! But for now...let's get this party started!
Welcome back to The Scoop
The weekly linky party featuring the scoop on the best posts from around the web!
Anita from Cedar Hill Farmhouse
Debbie from Confessions of a Plate Addict
Anne from White Lace Cottage
Barb from The Everyday Home
and Yvonne from StoneGable.
Let's see, we have a wreath, a vignette, a recipe ~ how 'bout a DIY…
This one really turned me on. ( hahaha) The mason jar chandelier from Nest of Bliss. So farmhouse, yet so modern. Really well done. I want one!

I just had the pleasure of collaborating with these ladies on the first Scoop Tour - Creating Fall Vignettes. If you didn't have a chance to see all of that autumnal beauty and get all those decorating tips head on over. But first let me share what caught my eye this week at the Scoop...
I really fell for the Fall Rake Wreath from Hill House Homestead.
I was motivated to gather up some feathers, leaves & twigs by the Inspired by Nature vignette shared with us by Kathleen of Faded Charm.
Speaking of Twigs, Twiggs Studio shared with us a delicious recipe for churros. Have you had churros, aka Mexican donuts? My girls LOVE getting churros from street vendors here in LA. Now we can make our own at home. (My sweet tooth is telling me that is Nutella on the side…you think? )

I never want to fall to end. I adore Thanksgiving for all it stands for and all the stuffing I can stand to eat, but we all know it is coming faster than Rudolf pulling that sleigh. So, I have to share with you this fantastic work of art by Denise on a Whim. Check out her stenciled, chippy Christmas sign. Spot on Denise!
Thanks to everyone who linked up to the Scoop #92. I enjoyed checking out all your posts. Hope to see you here again sometime soon or come visit me at My Soulful Home, join me on Facebook or get on "board' with me at Pinterest.

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for hosting the party! I love your jacket pillow. I have a similar Talbot's sweater that I used to love wearing but haven't worn in years. It was too pretty to part with and it's been taking room in my closet. I just may take the plunge and make a pillow out of it!
ReplyDeleteThose pillows are precious, Debbie. Love the frog closures on the plaid one!
