A Little Virtual Shopping Spree

It has been a loooog time since I took you for a little virtual shopping! Sooo…on a recent trip to one of my favorite antiquing stops, the Queen of Hearts in Alpharetta, Georgia, I took along my camera to share some of my virtual finds! After all, when you are spending virtual money, the sky’s the limit! ;-)

Transitioning into Fall...Apple and Bittersweet Wreath

Yaay! It’s almost September 1st and that’s when I’m calling it fall…even though it will still be hot and humid here. It’s my favorite season and I need to get a head start on my crafting! Sooo…I created this transitional fall wreath with green apples as a little bit of early fall and bittersweet as a hint of what is to come. It’s a little early yet for full blown pumpkin time even for me! ;-)

We are still sweltering here in Georgia, so I am going with a summery feel for my latest creation…my fun and easy no-sew watermelon vase! Nothing says summer to me quite like watermelon so even though school is cranking back up in a week...yes, you read that right…I am going to hang on to summer a little bit longer.
